Habit 5: Create your own deadlines. Honor them.
Habit 6: Know when you need a break. Take it. Come back refreshed and ready to go again.
Habit 7: Determine how to cut away the unimportant tasks. The sooner, the better.
Habit 8: Utilize those small pockets of time to do 2 minute, no-brainer tasks.
Your habits have been developed for quite some time. Consider which ones are not working for you. Choose one this week to shift to a better habit. Charles Duhigg’s book, Power of Habits, is a book worth reading.
Others will notice when you become more productive. Being more consistent will not happen on its own.
